Rates for Sierra Vista Shuttle LLC are as follows:
Policy Statement
By booking transportation with Sierra Vista Shuttle LLC, you agree to the following policies:
Reservations
- Advance reservations are required for all transportation services.
- Reservations are confirmed only after availability has been verified by Sierra Vista Shuttle.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
Flight Delays
- We monitor airline arrivals whenever possible and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate delayed flights.
- Significant delays may require schedule adjustments based on vehicle availability.
Passenger Responsibility
- Passengers are responsible for arriving at the designated pickup location on time.
- Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup location may be treated as a no-show and may result in forfeiture of the fare.
Delays Beyond Our Control
- Sierra Vista Shuttle is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, accidents, airline schedule changes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Personal Property
- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Sierra Vista Shuttle is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in the vehicle.
Right to Refuse Service
- Sierra Vista Shuttle reserves the right to refuse service to any person whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, or otherwise poses a risk to passengers or the driver.
Limitation of Liability
- Sierra Vista Shuttle’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the transportation service. We are not responsible for missed flights, missed connections, or consequential damages resulting from delays beyond our control.
