By booking or boarding a Sierra Vista Shuttle LLC vehicle, passengers (“User”) agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk

User acknowledges that transportation services involve inherent risks, including but not limited to traffic accidents, delays, and weather conditions. By using this service, User voluntarily assumes all such risks.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sierra Vista Shuttle LLC, its owners, drivers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. In no event shall liability exceed the amount paid for the service.

Service Conditions

All rides are provided by reservation only. Sierra Vista Shuttle LLC operates on a limited schedule, typically one trip per day.
Routes, pickup times, and vehicle types may be adjusted as necessary. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

Passengers who fail to appear at the scheduled pickup time (“no-show”) will be charged the full fare.

Flight Delays & Airline Schedule Changes

Passengers must provide accurate flight information at the time of booking. Sierra Vista Shuttle LLC will make reasonable efforts to monitor flights and adjust pickup times when possible.

However, due to the company’s limited schedule, significant delays may not be accommodated.

If a flight delay exceeds 90 minutes from the originally scheduled pickup time, service may be considered a cancellation and subject to the cancellation policy.

Additional charges may apply for extended wait times or rescheduling.

Sierra Vista Shuttle LLC is not responsible for missed flights due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen conditions. Passengers are advised to allow sufficient travel time.

Pickup & Wait Time Policy

Passengers must be ready at the scheduled pickup time. A grace period of 10 minutes will be provided.

If the passenger is not ready within this time, the ride may be considered a no-show and subject to full charge.

Right to Refuse Service

Sierra Vista Shuttle LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any individual exhibiting unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

Personal Property

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Sierra Vista Shuttle LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in vehicles.

Force Majeure

Sierra Vista Shuttle LLC shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, road closures, accidents, mechanical issues, or acts of God.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
